Hoop dance burns from 300-600 calories per hour, strengthens the whole core, to say nothing of what it does for the abs(!), is positively habit-forming and so much fun you will forget you are doing it for the exercise. But then I could never stick to just thirty minutes. It’s so much fun I just want to keep it up.
