Happy Thanksgiving, beautiful hoop dancers! I am so grateful for all the miraculous changes that have occurred in my life since I first picked up a hoop in August 2009. And since I started Goddess Hoop Dance and began teaching in April of this year I have had the privilege of meeting so many of you and sharing the hoop joy. I so appreciate each of you who comes to class and/or comes here to check out the blog posts. You and hoop dance have helped to make my world go round in ways I could never have imagined just a couple of years ago.
I’m offering a Thanksgiving weekend class this Saturday, called Hooping Grace and Gratitude. There is a special $15 drop-in rate for this class only, at 11:15 AM on Saturday, November 27th at Two Left Feet in Danville. You can preregister with your payment here.
We will focus on using the hoop to help reduce stress and remember how good it feels to be connected to the center of your self in the center of the hoop.
We will also spend some time burning an insane amount of calories, so all the Thanksgiving stuffing and pumpkin pie you will be eating can be used for hoop fuel instead of winter padding. 😉
Come play! I’ll have a fun new play list in honor of the occasion.
With big thanks and oodles of Hoop Love,
